An Innovative System of Deep In Situ Environment Reconstruction and Core Transfer

The reconstruction of deep in situ environment up to 95 °C and 70 MPa using water is critical for the fidelity testing Earth rocks. temperature pressure have strong coupling such an environment, which makes control very difficult. paper firstly presents design system core transfer (SERCT); secondly, problem high control, a pressure-temperature (P-T) interpolation algorithm based on iso–density P-T curves proposed. A path decomposed into two independent paths: iso–thermal iso–mass realizes decoupling pressure. Then, fuzzy-PID dual mode method adopted after decoupling, reduces overshoot dynamic response time system. For segmented grouped electric heating designed improve uniformity field. fuzzy PID grey prediction proposed achieve precision with small overshoot. Finally, effectiveness methods verified by experiments.
